SpecTrain Compact Carry Med Kit

SpecTrain med kits were born when we first began starting every course with a block of basic emergency medical. We found this simple Stop the Bleed Training really opened students eyes to the need for medical gear to be added to their EDC, and they were immediately asking for affordable medical kits that contained what they needed, and not the extra fluff that just looks cool. In the world of rampant counterfit tourniquets and other junk gear, we wanted to give students an affordable source they could trust, so we custom designed two kits to fill specific needs.
 
The "Compact Carry Kit" is exactly what it sounds like. It's a kit that contains the bare minimum EDC items in a compact package that can be carried by itself in a back pocket or cargo pocket, or broken open and put into an EDC kit such as the excellent one available from our friends at Live the Creed. You may notice that the kit does NOT contain a tourniquet. This is for two reasons. First, for many guys the very first thing they buy is the tourniquet, thinking that is the magic bandaid for all wounds. Second, its simply not possible to fit a windlass tourniquet in a pocket sized EDC kit. We've found its much easier to carry a kit in one pocket and the tourniquet in another separate pocket. CAT tourniquets are also available separately from SpecTrain.
 
The "Not Out of the Fight" kit is named for our Critical Applications block of instruction by the same name. This kit contains a few extra items over the EDC kit, and is great for carry in an EDC bag, and is also ideal for anyone needing to fill an IFAK. Once again this kit does NOT contain a tourniquet inside, but that is available separately.
 
All medical items are sourced directly from North American Rescue, so you rest assured that everything is of the highest quality and the genuine article.
