How Fast Do Orders Ship?

Although it might not seem like it, SpecTrain is still a one-man shop. My main occupation is obviously traveling the country teaching. When I'm on the road, orders are honestly not getting shipped. When I'm in the shop, orders usually ship same day. So, orders usually ship same day to a week max. I can't imagine anything I sell is needed as an emergency, but if it matters you are welcome to reach out and see how soon an order would be expected to ship. Again though, unfortunately I'm not sitting at my desk answering emails daily

I can no longer attend class, can I get a refund?

When you sign up for a class, you are reserving that slot and preventing others from signing up, and they often can't pivot last minute. This is the same reason why most event tickets such as concerts are non-refundable. A business simply cannot absorb all the last-minute cancellations without making the rest of the tickets way more expensive for everyone else. With that said I try to be as accommodating as possible. The specific cancellation policy is listed on the registration page for each class. Please note that when you register for a class you are agreeing to the policy spelled out on the registration page. If you choose to attempt to reverse the charges in violation of this policy, it will be disputed and you will not be allowed to register for other courses in the future.

Can I place a deposit instead of paying the entire registration up front?

If you do not wish to pay the registration up front, the best/easiest course of action is to use the pay over time with PayPal option, which is interest-free. 

Return Policy

Due to the expenses incurred by returns, we make every effort to ensure your order is shipped accurately and that the product meets the standards of our advertising. If a return must be made, please note the following policies:

  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date.

  • All ammo sales are final.

  • To start a return please first email info@spectrain.us

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. If the incorrect product was shipped by our error, a prepaid shipping label may be issued to return the item(s).

  • Returns are only accepted when received in new condition. Upon our receipt of the returned product(s), we reserve the right to evaluate the merchandise to determine if a refund or exchange will be made.

  • REFUNDS: Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. For instance, purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the same card account. Please note, for returns where this is no product defect and the product functions as advertised, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
