NEXT LEVEL is a step up from Level-Up Pistol. Reserved for Level-Up Alumni and occasionally approved advanced level shooters. (if you are not Alumni but think Next Level might be for you, please contact me before registering)
 
The concept is simple: take the fundamentals from Level-Up and apply them under match pressure. Each day the class picks a couple of specialty subjects to dig into — swingers, movement, whatever the group needs — and the rest of the time goes to stage-style exercises.
 
With eight students I can build the day around what's actually holding you back. Typical themes: speed and accuracy on the move, knowing when a charlie is acceptable and when it isn't, and stage strategy that holds up when the timer goes off.
 
You don't need to be winning matches to belong here. You need safe, confident gun handling at speed and a willingness to work on the unglamorous skills that actually build elite performance.
 
Basic Gear List:
- OWB holster and mag pouches or competition rig recommended. If a shooter is already proficient with an IWB position such as AIWB and prefers to use an EDC holster that is acceptable as well.
- A full size pistol with a minimum capacity of 15 rounds is recommended.
- Enough magazines to carry at least 60 rounds on your person.
- We expect to shoot around 1000-1200 over the two days.
- Athletic footwear with an aggressive tread recommended.

Range Fees/Location Details (Range Fees due morning of class unless otherwise noted).
- Impact Shooting Center: $50
- Homestead Training Center: $50
- Live Fire Training Academy: $60
- Burro Canyon $100 per person total range fees.
- T-Minus - No range fees! (Will shoot T-Minus practical shooters match the day after class as a squad)
- Modesto/Oakdale Sportsmans Club $70 per person. Will shoot USPSA match the last day as a class squad.
- Rooftop Shooting Range - $100 per person.
- Shadow Hawk Defense - $90 per person.
- Cripple Creek CO/Teller County Shooting Society - $50 per person.
- Temple Gun Club - $40 per person + Match Fee
- Element Training Complex - $90 per person
 
CLASS CANCELATION POLICY - Since our founding, SpecTrain has only canceled one class (due to COVID lockdowns). If we are ever forced to cancel a class again, a full refund or credit towards a future class will be offered. No refunds will be given for class tuition due to a student being unable to attend. With at least seven calander days notice, we will extend an equal value credit towards a future class. Without prior notice, no future credit will be issued.
